Ken Lin

Construction Management and Finance Manager

Ken’s background is in Finance & Accounting and post development studies in Construction. He holds a Certificate IV in Construction and Building.

As a Construction Management and Finance Manager, Ken is responsible for budgeting, forecasting company cash flow and financial strategy.

Ken works with financial institutions to secure suitable funding for our property developments.

Ken liaises with all professional trades e.g. engineers, builders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our property development projects, whether that is houses or land.

Ken also performs the role of project manager on our property developments.

TOM SHIH

Client Relationship Manager & Property Manager

An excellent communicator and a natural people-person, Tom is an exceptional clients relationship manager, ensuring that business partners and clients are kept informed as effective and efficient as possible, and partnering with customers to ensure our team is delivering well beyond expectations.

Tom has a natural knack for helping people. He offers knowledgeable advice and guidance to our property owners and provides fair and understanding service to our tenants. With an impressive work ethic, he always delivers on promises and constantly strives to uphold our commitment to provide best the possible services.

Tinnie Ku

Finance Manager & Office Manager

With strong analytic skills, Tinnie focuses on budget setting, forecast numbers, and presenting accurate reports to improve the financial performance and to support the company to make sound business decisions. She is enthusiastic about all aspects of her job – enjoys driving financial strategy, business performance improvements and developing financial systems and procedures.

Tinnie’s exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay extremely organised are highly valued, she has the skills to streamline our operational processes, ensuring more internal control and the efficient use of the company’s resources.

Tinnie holds a Master of Commerce (double major in Accounting and Finance) from the University of Queensland. She is always seeking to improve her expertise – completing courses qualified for Salesperson Certificate, Letting Agent License, and CPA Australia.
