Ken’s background is in Finance & Accounting and post development studies in Construction. He holds a Certificate IV in Construction and Building.

As a Construction Management and Finance Manager, Ken is responsible for budgeting, forecasting company cash flow and financial strategy.

Ken works with financial institutions to secure suitable funding for our property developments.

Ken liaises with all professional trades e.g. engineers, builders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our property development projects, whether that is houses or land.

Ken also performs the role of project manager on our property developments.
